My right hip has been bothering me. It first started to cause me trouble several years ago, but I started walking more, and the problem went away for several years. In the fall of 2011, after doing a LOT of walking, it started to bother me again, but the problem cleared up, for the most part, in the spring. In February of 2013, the pain came back, and stayed with me, mostly through the autumn, with occasional recurrences since then. It hasn't bothered me for a while, but I wanted to get this down, somewhere.
My right Achilles tendon ALSO went south in February of 2013, and has only in the last few weeks FINALLY stopped bothering me. This seems to have been an injury of some sort; there was swelling, and occasional discoloration. It took FOREVER to heal, though, and I was beginning to suspect that the limp would be permanent. Now, maybe not. I am happy about that.
My right shoulder went kind of crazy on Christmas Eve, and has been the source of the worst chronic pain I have ever had. I have managed to go without painkillers at work this week for the first time since then. Don't know the cause, don't know why it is improving, I am just grateful.
