"This is Where I Leave You" is a pretty good relationship comedy. It is often painfully lame, but it is also often funny and/ or touching, and we enjoyed it a great deal.
"The Maze Runner" is more bad science fiction based on a young adult novel. This one takes the (current) prize for "Dumbest Concept Ever", and considering it is going up against "The Hunger Games" and "Divergent", that is saying something. We didn't actually dislike it, but it was pretty flat.
I TRIED to see, "A Walk Among the Tombstones", but the projector blew up when the movie was about to start, and I had a tight schedule. Next week, maybe.
On Monday I went up to Geneva Lake and walked seven miles, 3.5 miles of it along the lake shore. This means I have ALMOST completed half of the shore. I had planned to stop for a snack and a bio-break at Foley's tavern on WI 50, but stopped in at Ernie G's house instead. Finishing the lake shore this year will take at least four more trips; it might happen.
